Our Story
Founded in 2014 by Alec Davis, H&H Construction began with a focus on mobile home remodeling, repair, and setting. Over the years, our passion for renovation and restoration grew, and in 2020, we transitioned into full-time residential remodeling—where our hearts truly belong.

Alec Davis is a licensed General Contractor and certified HVAC technician with more than a decade of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and mechanical systems.

- Tennessee General Contractor (BC-A/r) – Licensed since 2021
- Certified HVAC Installer & Technician – Since 2015
Alec specializes in remodels, renovations, rebuilds, and additions, with a deep appreciation for
transforming old structures into restored beauty.
His foundational knowledge spans framing,
trim-out, decking, and custom builds, allowing him to approach each project with both structural
integrity and thoughtful craftsmanship. His experience quickly expanded into large-scale rebuilds
and additions, where attention to detail, planning, and execution are essential.
Family is his highest priority, and that value carries into his work. Alec specializes in residential
construction because it allows him to build genuine relationships with homeowners, serve them
with honesty and strong work ethic, and help bring their vision to life.
We had a great experience with H&H. Josie and Alec were communicative and helpful, and the whole crew did a fantastic job. We did a big demo and rebuild project of a sunroom, and I could not be happier with the result! They also completed a few side projects, and we were pleased with everything. 100% will use again!
